Originally used for water and wine, this lovely yellow and green glazed water 'orjol dates from the late eighteenth / early nineteenth-century. From south west France. Note the small handle under the larger handle on the side. A lovely piece to display in a collection of antique French yellow and green pottery.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
