This superb octagonal cacepot / flower pot dates from the late nineteenth -century and is from Rouen. It is beautifully decorated with blue and yellow scrolling naturalistic motifs. One one side, there is a the coat of arms of Brittany labelled 'Amavie'. Note the pretty petal-like handles.
