This low French guéridon, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century, is crafted in wrought iron with a circular tôle top. The iron base is formed of three elegantly arched legs, joined by a central ring and reinforced by low stretchers that converge in a tripod arrangement, while the small round feet provide discreet solidity. The overall structure feels airy and graceful, with the slender curves of the legs giving the table its sense of lightness.
The piece retains a soft powdery pink patina, worn by age into a mottled surface of warm tones and gentle weathering, lending it a delicate, timeworn charm. Perfect as a side table, this smaller guéridon tucks neatly beside a sofa or club chair to hold a drink, a book, or a small lamp. In a garden room or sunporch it makes a charming plant perch, its patina playing beautifully with terracotta and woven textures. It also suits a bedroom reading corner or a bathroom, where the romantic color and honest weathering add character without overpowering the space.

Condition and patina consistent with age.
