This petite garden statue of a doe from the 1960s is cast in concrete with a sweetly attentive posture: head turned, ears tall, and legs gathered against stylized tufts of grass rising from an oval base. Hand-painted in soft fawn ochre with gentle umber shading and a yellow-green ground, the surface now shows a mellow, naturally weathered patina.
