This charming, rare and very petit honey / jam pot dates from the late nineteenth to early twentieth century. It was handmade from terracotta and finished with ocher glaze. typical of pottery from south west France. A lovely piece to add to a collection of antique French pottery. Note - a chip inside the rim as seen in photos.
