Nineteenth-century French wasp / fly trap

A wasp and fly trap made from blown glass. Dating from the nineteenth-century, sugary liquid was put in the bottom and wasps and flies would fly in to drink and could not escape. Some chips around the neck - refer to photos. It sits on three small feet.
