A pair of processional church lanterns from Venice dating from the eighteenth century. They have been repaired and some metal has also been replaced. The red timber batons also have been replaced. They can be suspended upside down using the U-shaped iron support.

Heavy wear and rustic condition consistent with age and use.
Lantern alone measures 9½" diameter x 19" high. Wooden handles measure 56¾" long
