They are labelled Galerie Militaire referring to military-themed artworks, often paintings or illustrations, showcasing depictions of soldiers, battles, and military leaders. Reflecting the era's fascination with war and nationalism, it serves as a visual record of military history and societal perceptions during the 1800s.
