A pair of architect's corkscrew stools dating from the early twentieth-century. They can be adjusted vertically by spinning the round seat. There are two foot rests at different heights. These could make wonderful kitchen bar stools, side tables for lamps or sculpture. The timber is most likely beech wood as it is nice and weighty.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
