Pair of antique French slatted garden chairs from a ferry

Imagine sitting on these gorgeous chairs when riding a ferry across the Mediterranean! Dating from the late-nineteenth to early-twentieth century, this lovely pair of slatted chairs are made from painted wood with wrought iron frames - note the lovely scrolls and dainty little round disk feet. They were originally on a ferry and used by passengers on board. The wooden slats would have been replaced as needed over the years. They are stable, solid and comfortable and will add instant French flair to any garden or terrace.
