A superb pair of Oxford model table lamps attributed to Maison Barbier. Dating from the 1960s, made with Tuscan travertine 'eggs' and brass and veneer.
Maison Barbier was well known for quality lighting during the 1960s - their atelier was in the sixth arrondissement of Paris near Boulevard Saint-Germain. Philippe Barbier was an innovative French designer whose creations include tables, furniture and lighting. European power.
