A pair of silver-plated plate cloches, mid-20th century. Each dome features a reeded rim and a cast fleur-de-lis finial incorporating a 3R cipher. In good condition, the silver retains a bright sheen, with one discreet dent and light surface marks from use. Both are stamped Europ Felix, a French silversmithing house founded in 1875 in Toulouse, known for producing high-quality silver-plated tableware for leading restaurants and hotels, combining durable construction with refined, traditional design.
Traditionally used to cover and keep dishes warm from kitchen to table, such cloches reflect the refined rituals of formal dining and evoke the elegance of mid-century hospitality service and grand table presentation.
On a dining table they bring instant ceremony, set over a main course or a cheese course to heighten anticipation. Display the pair on a buffet or in a butler’s pantry alongside linen and crystal for a quiet gleam, or place one on a kitchen island as a sculptural accent between meals.

Condition and patina consistent with age.
