Pair of hand painted conversation benches - 19th century 57"

This superb pair of 'conversation benches' from the late seventeenth/early eighteenth century. The decorative paintwork dates from the nineteenth century. There are some marks on the tangerine fabric. They are nice and solid - note the strapping underneath.
