A superb pair of large round planters in the style of Willy Guhl. Often called 'olivettes' for their wonderful round shape, evocative of older terracotta jars from Biot. These will make a wonderful statement in any garden - emphasise at night with feature lighting! Circa 1970. Note: May have been made with asbestos - therefore, we advise that they are displayed outside or in a well-ventilated room. The patina mustn't be modified.
Condition and patina consistent with age.
