Pair of late 19th century engraved glasses

These large glasses were originally used for washing table grapes (while at the dining table), known as a verre à raisin. Dating to the 19thcentury they are hand blown glass which can be identified by the minor irregularities. The engravings are of grapes and vine leaves. Excellent condition.
