A charming pair of vintage single brass bed frames in the Napoleon III style, with slender spindle rails, turned finials and a warm, timeworn patina. Their elegant proportions and delicate detailing recall the classic brass beds found in late nineteenth-century French interiors.
The beds furnished one of the guest rooms at Chanteduc, Patricia and Walter Wells’ home in Provence. Designed to be placed side by side or separately, they would bring character and a sense of history to a guest room or children’s bedroom.
Bed frames only. Mattresses, linens and pillows are not included.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
