A fine pair of Berkel scales dating to circa 1950. Originally used in an épicerie in the mountains near Roanne, France. The foodstore also doubled as the local school at the time.
The feet are adjustable, there is a spirit level and the back is mirrored. Mixed metals, chrome and enamel.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
