Dating from the nineteenth century - this rustic weathervane rooster has some stories to share! It was used for target practice - hence the bullet holes. This was often the case with rowdy hunters in French villages! Nonetheless it has a fabulous patina and despite the losses, a certain rustic charm that will add French country flair to any interior or garden. The rod can be supported in a pot or pressed into a garden bed for display.
