This superb rustic French cutting board dates from the late nineteenth / early twentieth century. It has rounded wing-like shoulders and a short handle nestled into the V profile. Perhaps oak and recommended for decorative use. A lovely piece to display on the kitchen counter for an instant touch of French country. Note - this has been carved from one piece of wood.
