A superb pair of vintage ladderback rush seats for a dining table. These were made in the 1980s by a local ebonist. They have been used around the dining table at Patricia Well's farmhouse, Chanteduc for many years, alternating with another white set. Note the pretty floral carvings and two-tone beige paint finish. Some repairs have been made so they are nice and sturdy and ready to use.
These will add a touch of French country to any interior and carry with them stories of many happy meals shared at Chanteduc. A minor amount of woodworm is present in a few chairs. They will be treated prior to dispatch, it is recommended that treatment be continued with a suitable product if required.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
