A superb collection of Imari Japanese porcelain plates from the 1800s with this delightful decorative ensemble. Comprised of eight small plates accompanied by a larger centerpiece, their unique and intricately painted patterns and motifs create individual works of art fit for an enchanting wall display or china cabinet.

Featuring seven plates with graceful scalloped edges and one boasting an attractive octagonal shape, this set is a testament to the craftsmanship of the nineteenth century. Adorned with classic red, blue, green, and orange decorations, each plate tells its own story.

These would look wonderful displayed on a wall as a group.

While in overall lovely condition with minimal losses, please note a small chip on the rim of the octagonal plate, carefully captured in the accompanying photos.
