This rare set of six 'marmite' or cauldron planters sit on three dainty feet and are stamped by the maker - '74' is likely to be the year. Attributed to Willy Guhl. There are several small drainage holes - refer to photos. Guhl was a pioneer of modern industrial design in Switzerland. Original planters by Willy Guhl are known to be made with asbestos - therefore, we advise that they be displayed outside or in a well-ventilated room. The patina mustn't be modified.
Condition and patina consistent with age.
