A 19th century painted armoire originating from the Ardèche. It is smaller than other armoires as houses in the Ardèche traditionally had low ceilings.

A mixture of chestnut and pine, this armoire would have originally been used in the kitchen. Suitable as a linen cupboard, in the kitchen or in a bedroom.
