Small antique confit pot with green glaze, no handles 7½"

This charming late nineteenth-century confit pot is from south west France. There are no handles which is rather rare for confit pots. The pale green glaze and timeworn patina is wonderful. A lovely piece to display in a collection of antique French pottery.
