A rare, small tian bowl from Provence from the late nineteenth century. It has two small ear-shaped handles and a pouring beak. The yellow ocher glaze is typical of pottery from Provence. This little bowl would be perfect for a small salad, couscous or rice for a small group. Note there is a chip on the rim.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
