This lovely petit cutting board is designed for small cuts of meat where you don't want to lose the jus. There is a channel, little well and pourer in the corner.

Patricia has a deep passion for collecting cutting boards, ranging from large to small, and including both antique and artisan-made pieces. Her extensive collection is used in both her personal kitchen and the students' kitchen at Chanteduc, her farm in Provence. Here, alongside her husband Walter, she ran a beloved cooking school for over 35 years, sharing her culinary expertise and love for unique kitchenware.
