This painting depicts a pair of celestial cupids, playing with their bows in the clouds. This piece is inspired by Painting of Cupid, by Lew (Lewis) Wallace (artist and author of Ben Hur). It comes from the personal collection of Patricia and Walter Wells' home in Provence. Patricia found this artwork at an antique store in Provence and it hung near her bed for a long time.
