Tall Antique Wrought-Iron Three-Light Candelabrum with Oak Leaves and Acorns - 24¾"

This large antique wrought-iron candelabrum, likely dating from around 1900, is a beautiful example of decorative metalwork, with three candleholders rising from gracefully branching arms. Its open central stem and spreading feet are richly decorated with oak leaves and clusters of acorns, while twisting branches wind around the structure, creating a lively, naturalistic composition. Each candle socket rests on a scalloped drip pan. The deep black patina enhances the finely worked foliage, emphasizing the rich detail of the ironwork, with light surface wear and irregularities consistent with age. The drip pans have a little movement.

The rich foliage and expressive arrangement of the branches give this candelabrum a lovely sculptural presence, with a distinctly romantic, woodland character. Its generous size makes it a beautiful centrepiece for a large country dining table, where the three candles would create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
