This large table lamp was created from a Chinese ceramic vessel, its elegant, elongated profile emphasized by a tall custom-made shade in softly textured washed linen. The tall washed-linen shade complements the painted ceramic body, giving the lamp a lively, balanced presence while emphasizing its height. Areas of the painted decoration have been sensitively retouched, while no obvious chips are visible. The washed-linen shade was selected to complement the ceramic perfectly.
