A rare two-tiered wood and cast iron paper dispenser dating from the 1920s. It was originally used in an épicerie or butchers shop and would have been bolted to the shop counter and used to cut paper for wrapping clients' orders. Branded with "WF" on the side. A fabulous piece to carefully use in a kitchen or butler's pantry.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
