Very chunky octagonal cutting board 20½" x 12½"

This superb, extra chunky large cutting board was found at a Sunday brocante.

 
Patricia has a deep passion for collecting cutting boards, ranging from large to small, and including both antique and artisan-made pieces. Her extensive collection is used in both her personal kitchen and the students' kitchen at Chanteduc, her farm in Provence. Here, alongside her husband Walter, she ran a beloved cooking school for over 35 years, sharing her culinary expertise and love for unique kitchenware.
