Vintage sunburst mirror – gilt wood

This striking sunburst mirror dates to circa 1950. The carved frame is gilded and it is beautifully aged showing some of the red undercoat. There is a pretty running pearl detail around the inside of the frame. The mirror is convex glass. Condition consistent with age. The origin is most likely French or Spanish.
