19th-century French confiture pot w/ ochre glaze - small 4¾"

A charming petit French antique ceramic preserving pot from the late nineteenth century, France. Characterized by its lovely red-orange cinnamon-colored interior and exterior glaze, this piece would make a delightful addition to a collection of French pottery or as a holder for kitchen utensils. 

Note the minor wear and pitting to the glaze as shown in photos.
