Pair of antique French table lamps - girandoles 13¾"

This superb pair of antique French girandole 'candelabra' table lamps date from the early twentieth century. Each has two light bulbs and the bronze stands are decorated with crystals, teardrop-shaped pendants and dainty crystal garlands. Girandoles were particularly popular in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and were often used as mantelpiece ornaments or table decorations.
